Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in project management within residential construction, cabinetry, or remodeling.
• Working understanding of project flow from contract through installation and completion.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, schedules, and priorities at once.
• Comfortable coordinating with contractors, installers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Review project details after handoff from Sales for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate final on-site measurements and compare results to approved designs, documenting discrepancies.
• Build out material lists to support the production schedule.
• Coordinate shop drawing review with the cabinet engineer and flag constructability concerns.
