Pero Real State LLC/ Brick and Mortar Property Management is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Crew Member to join our team full-time. You will clean and prepare residential apartments for new move-ins, maintain common areas, and ensure exterior walkways look welcoming.

You should have cleaning experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently or with a team while following safety procedures. We value integrity and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience (residential or commercial preferred)
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow cleaning protocols and safety procedures
• Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a supportive, mission-driven team
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to work on your feet all day, often lifting, twisting, and bending
• The ability to work well independently and within a team
