Responsibilities

As a Branch Manager, you will:

• Lead the entire operation post-training
• Develop leadership skills in others through evaluations, coaching, and training
• Focus on customer satisfaction and retention
• Motivate your team to deliver excellent service and improve continually
• Drive revenue growth through daily activity checks and accountability
• Manage operational aspects, including P&L statements and strategic investments
• Recruit, select, and train staff across sales, service, and management roles
• Be willing to relocate within the region after 6-9 months of training

Qualifications

• Preferred sales experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a good record
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check
• Ability to obtain pesticide licenses as required (paid by the company)

Work Environment

Must meet physical requirements, including:

• Safe ladder use within weight limits
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access to crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing and balancing
• Use of PPE, including respirators if needed
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions
