Position offers full-time, hourly pay between $19.00 and $23.00, with shifts including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of substance use disorders and recovery-oriented services.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care, harm reduction, motivational interviewing, de-escalation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide awake, on-site coverage and support the daily operations of the program.
• Monitor safety, whereabouts, and wellness of clients during shifts and complete checks.
• Maintain a safe, structured, substance-free environment following procedures.
• Provide trauma-informed support, redirection, encouragement, and problem-solving assistance.
• Communicate client behavior and program updates to the treatment team promptly.
• Assist with daily routines, meals, chores, and facility upkeep as needed.
• Participate in required staff meetings, supervision, and handoffs.
• Protect client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and related rules.
• Maintain shift notes, incident reports, and safety documentation.
