Shangri-La in Corvallis, Oregon seeks a Behavioral Health Support Specialist to deliver direct supportive services to residents in a Residential Treatment Home, following personalized service plans for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.

This full-time on-call position offers weekend/evening shifts, paid training, and benefits including medical insurance, life insurance, holidays, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Current Oregon Driver's License and acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass background check screening
• Minimum of one year education and/or experience in mental illness, emotional/behavioral difficulties or other related conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supportive services to residents in a residential treatment home per personalized service plan.
• Provide services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness in the home.
