Job summary

Shangri-La in Jefferson, OR, is seeking Behavioral Health Support Specialists to provide direct supportive services within a Residential Treatment Home, following a personalized service plan to help residents with severe mental health needs.

This full-time position includes on-call relief, Sunday-Tuesday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM and Thursday 10:00 AM–8:00 PM, with starting wages at $20.14 per hour plus $0.75 night shift differential; wage scale $20.14–$24.50.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Current Oregon Driver's License and acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass background check screening
• Minimum of one year education and/or experience in mental illness, emotional/behavioral difficulties or other related conditions.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of services to individuals residing in a Residential Treatment Home following a personalized service plan.
• Provide direct supportive services to residents of the home, who experience severe and persistent mental illness.

Position info

The Behavioral Health Support Specialists is responsible for delivery of services to individuals residing in a Residential Treatment Home following a personalized service plan. It is the responsibility of the BHSS to provide direct supportive services to residents of the home, who experience severe and persistent mental illness.

Status: Full Time/On Call Relief
Location: Jefferson

Current Shifts

Sunday - Tuesday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Thursday 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Starting wage

Starting wage: $20.14 an hour (Night shifts additional $.75 an hour)

Wage Scale: $20.14 - $24.50

Reports to: Housing Manager

Requirements

• ' High school graduate or equivalent.
• ' Current Oregon Driver's License and acceptable driving record
• ' Ability to pass background check screening
• ' Minimum of one (1) year education and/or experience in mental illness, emotional/behavioral difficulties or other related conditions.
