Qualifications

• At least a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in behavioral healthcare preferred; clinical setting required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Certification in non-violent crisis intervention is required.

Responsibilities

• Support Mission, Vision, and Core Values of MAPLES program.
• Assist clinicians with patient care tasks and therapists with interventions.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic milieu by following rules and policies.
• Observe patients as per prescriber orders and report significant findings.
• Conduct safety rounds and document activities and vital signs.
• Help manage patients exhibiting escalating behavior per policy.
• Record client activities and significant occurrences for nursing staff.
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed.
• Collaborate with team to identify improvement opportunities.
