Integrity Audio & Video in Franklin, TN seeks an experienced Audio Visual Technician who takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail to join a professional team with high standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of AV, integration, or low-voltage experience.

Responsibilities

• Install audio, video, networking, lighting control, security, and automation systems
• Perform clean, organized rough-ins and precise trim-outs
• Build organized, professional, and serviceable equipment racks
• Mount TVs and displays and install architectural speakers and other AV equipment
• Install and configure network equipment
• Assist with system setup, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting
• Read plans, system documentation, and job-specific checklists
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Work professionally with builders, project managers, other trades, and clients
• Ensure completed projects meet Integrity AV installation standards

Integrity AV is looking for an experienced Audio Visual Technician who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and wants to be part of a professional team with high standards.

For more than 25 years, we have specialized in designing and installing high-performance AV and automation systems for luxury homes and commercial environments throughout Middle Tennessee.

We're looking for someone who understands that the details matter - from the way wiring is installed and racks are built to how the finished system looks and performs for the client.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Install audio, video, networking, lighting control, security, and automation systems
• Perform clean, organized rough-ins and precise trim-outs
• Build organized, professional, and serviceable equipment racks
• Mount TVs and displays and install architectural speakers and other AV equipment
• Install and configure network equipment
• Assist with system setup, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting
• Read plans, system documentation, and job-specific checklists
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Work professionally with builders, project managers, other trades, and clients
• Ensure completed projects meet Integrity AV installation standards

SYSTEM EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• Control4 - installation, setup, and deployment
• Crestron - installation; programming experience is a plus
• Lutron - HomeWorks, RadioRA, lighting control, and shades
• Residential and commercial networking
• IP cameras and security systems

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of AV, integration, or low-voltage experience
• Ability to read plans and execute work from system designs and checklists
• Strong understanding of wiring, signal flow, termination, and installation standards
• Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working at heights - some projects involve 30'+ ceilings using ladders and scaffolding
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our Franklin office

HOW WE OPERATE

Technicians meet at our Franklin shop each morning and deploy to job sites from the office.

Integrity AV provides company vehicles for job-site travel. Company vans return to the shop at the end of each workday and are not taken home.

COMPENSATION & OPPORTUNITY

• $25-$40/hour, based on experience, technical ability, and demonstrated skill level
• Upper end of the range available for experienced Lead Technician-level candidates
• Consistent, high-quality residential and commercial projects

PAID TIME OFF

• 40 hours after 6 months
• 80 hours after 2 years
• 120 hours after 3 years
