Job summary

Meristem in Fair Oaks is looking for a Licensed Therapist for their Residential Autism Program. This role provides individualized therapy and supports the emotional and behavioral development of adults on the autism spectrum.

Your work will contribute to client success through tailored therapeutic modalities in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to neurodiversity and holistic approaches, with experience in interdisciplinary settings.

Qualifications

• Experience providing one-to-one therapy and/or case management.
• Experience working with neurodiverse populations, ideally adults on the autism spectrum.
• Experience supervising interns or associate clinicians preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one therapy for adults on the autism spectrum.
• Develop individualized treatment goals aligned with client needs and program plans.
• Provide clinical supervision for interns and/or associate therapists.

Skills

Experience providing one-to-one therapy

Experience working with neurodiverse populations

Experience with experiential, somatic, art-based modalities

Clinical supervision experience

Education

Active, unrestricted CA clinical license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Psychologist)
