Residential Attendant - Recovery Services

Join the groundbreaking Wellness Village program, an innovative initiative from Merakey in partnership with the City of Philadelphia! This program offers 132 recovery beds providing safe housing and treatment opportunities. Enjoy benefits like gated parking and career growth opportunities. Position Details:

  • Full-Time, 3rd Shift (no weekends), Monday to Friday, 12:00am - 8:00am
  • Pay: $17/hour with benefits
Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor residents' behavior and ensure a safe, harassment-free environment.
  2. Perform building safety and cleanliness checks.
  3. Report incidents and medication monitoring issues following policies.
  4. Supervise residents' chores and inspections.
  5. Complete mandated trainings and ensure nutritious meals are served.
  6. Adhere to local procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Effective communication skills
  • Minimum 18 years old
  • Experience in mental health or substance abuse settings preferred
  • Must be vaccinated or have an exemption
