We are expanding our team and are seeking qualified candidates to join our Residential Service Group Home team at our location Sussex County, Delaware.
Work Schedule:
This Residential Associate Clinician position is scheduled for 16 hours per week, consisting of two 8‑hour shifts. Weekend coverage will be structured based on operational needs.
The Residential Associate Clinician (RAC) will provide coordination and guidance, counseling, and encouragement to participants as they transition from residential services to a more independent environment. The RAC will also implement and document participants’ progress in accordance with individualized rehabilitation plans and ensure a safe, healthy and secure environment which promotes growth and development.
