Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to respond calmly to emergency and crisis situations.
• Ability to understand and carry out written instructions.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to transport clients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Orient residents to program schedule, rules, and living environment.
• Monitor resident behavior and document interventions.
• Coordinate resident chores and supplies; note needed repairs.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in care planning.
• Transport clients to appointments per schedule.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper documentation in EMR.
