Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Previous experience in Human Services, Residential Program setting.
• Certification: CPR/SFA Certification within 30 days of hire.
• Language: Bilingual Haitian Creole or Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote a clean, harmonious living environment and support safety of families in residence.
• Ensure each family has a safe, clean, adequately furnished room.
• Oversee facility cleanliness and order during shifts; conduct 30-minute checks.
• Monitor rules, policies, and compliance with Hildebrand procedures and regulations.
• Support Re-Housing Plan activities to help families move toward independence.
