Residential Assistant Supervisor - 40 Hours

Join us for the Residential Assistant Supervisor - 40 Hours role at Hope Network.

Description

The primary responsibilities of the Assistant Supervisor include:

  • Providing oversight, support, and care for consumers in various settings.
  • Modeling appropriate behavior and skills to help consumers achieve independence.
  • Using prescribed plans to support medical, clinical, therapeutic, and behavioral needs.
  • Leading and directing Independent Living Instructors and Lead Independent Living Instructors in the absence of the Residential Supervisor.
  • Facilitating medical appointments, distributing medication, and updating medical documentation.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
  • Completing weekly service schedules based on consumer needs and availability.
  • Scheduling medical appointments in coordination with the administrative team.
  • Assisting with data collection for reviews and outcomes.
  • Supporting intake processes for new consumers and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Participating in on-call rotations.

Educational and Talent Requirements

  • An associate degree in a medical field and three years of experience preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, leadership, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to respond appropriately to medical and behavioral issues.
  • Valid state driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Work Experience Requirements

  • At least two years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a TBI setting is preferred.
