Job summary

Mercy Multiplied is seeking a Residential Assistant to support residents in a faith-based program. Must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years in ministry, mentoring, or teaching. Responsibilities include answering calls, mentoring residents, maintaining shift checklists, and ensuring program adherence.

Weekend and night shifts are available with sleep time compensated. Hours vary, and compensation ranges from $20 to $21 per hour.

Qualifications

• Education: Some college preferred; must have a high school diploma or pass a GED.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in ministry, mentoring, or teaching required.
• Skills: Good communication, works well under pressure, ability to multi-task, ability to set boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Answer the telephone and direct calls to the proper extension/voicemail.
• Minister to residents by being a listening ear and praying with them.
• Check night and morning work details, and fill out work detail checklist.
• Hold residents accountable to follow program expectations and confront areas of concern or need.
• Document contacts/disciplines/training opportunities to ETO and daily reports.
• Must be responsible for safe transportation of residents when needed.
• Other duties as deemed necessary.
