Rehab Pathways Group, Inc. is hiring a Residential Assistant to support individuals with traumatic brain injuries and the elderly in a full‑time, in‑person role in Missouri. You will work mostly weekdays with extended hours on some days and participate in a two‑week training period from 8 a.m.

to 4 p.m. The position includes duties such as caring for clients, assisting with care plans, transporting to appointments, grocery runs, light housekeeping, and medication management.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Experience with traumatic brain injury and caring for the elderly is helpful.

Job Description

Join our dedicated team as a Residential Assistant in a supportive environment committed to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with diverse needs including traumatic brain injuries. This position is full-time, working Monday through Friday with flexible hours but must be able to work 2 days of the week until 8pm (4 days at 10 hours per day also acceptable), providing an energetic and rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day.

This is a fast-paced environment working with multiple clients in your scheduled workday.

Training will be for a 2-week period. Hours of training will be 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Great experience for students in the field of Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Recreational Therapy and Speech Therapy. Rehab Pathways Group has been providing support services to those with traumatic brain injuries, the aging population and those with special needs for over 32 years. The services we provide include companion care, medication management, light housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shopping/errands, transportation to personal appointments, job coaching and supportive living services. Mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle usage.

Requirements for this position: background check, valid driver's license and auto insurance. Experience with traumatic brain injury and caring for the elderly is helpful.
