Mental Health Association - Western MA is seeking a Residential Support Specialist to create a supportive living environment for individuals with ABI. You will promote growth, independence, and community engagement in a program featuring 24/7 support and multidisciplinary care.
Open shift Tue-Sat 8a-4p (40 hours). Requires valid driver's license and ability to provide personal care with MAP/CPR/first aid certs. Minimum 21 years old; six months related experience preferred.
The Residential Support Specialist plays a crucial role in creating a supportive and secure living environment for individuals with acquired brain injuries. Pay Range: $19-$21 an hour
