Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of architectural drafting/design experience, ideally 5+ years.
• Proficiency in Archicad (preferred) and Mac OS.
• Knowledge of residential construction processes and local zoning regulations.

Responsibilities

• Convert architect sketches into precise CAD frameworks using Graphisoft Archicad 26.
• Review and verify construction drawings for accuracy and compliance.
• Produce pricing and construction drawings from design concepts.
• Collaborate on material selections and detailing.
• Support the team with technical expertise and creative problem-solving.
