LEH Homes seeks a Residential Architect to own the full design process from concept through permit-ready drawings for homes built across the region.

You will translate homeowner ideas and sales concepts into complete, coordinated documents that streamline permitting and field execution.

Ideal candidates understand wood framing and production homebuilding, and can refine standard plans while maintaining buildable, efficient designs.

B.Arch or M.Arch degree with several years of hands-on residential design experience; production homebuilding experience preferred.
Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD for producing detailed construction documents; experience with Bluebeam/SketchUp a plus.

Develop complete architectural drawing sets, including site plans, floor plans, elevations, reflected ceiling plans, and construction details, all permit-ready.
Maintain, refine, and expand standard plan library and elevation styles (Farmhouse, Spanish, Contemporary) to respond to market trends.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil consultants to integrate redlines and keep drawings current and consistent.
Ensure all designs comply with IBC/IRC, accessibility, energy codes, and local guidelines.
Value-engineer plans for efficiency, constructability, and cost while preserving design intent and curb appeal.
Prepare permit submittal packages and respond promptly to plan review comments to keep schedules on track.
Support construction teams by addressing RFIs, issuing clarifications, and preparing as-built updates.
Manage drawing standards, title blocks, file organization, and version control across projects.
