We lead our clients on an exploration of possibilities, guided by traditional principles of design, clarified through a contemporary perspective.

Qualifications

• Architectural degree from an accredited school.
• 6+ years professional experience in design and construction document production in high-end residential projects.
• High degree of proficiency in architectural and interior detailing required.
• Strong technical and design skills in the production of construction documents with a commitment to high quality design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and consultants, while being mindful of project budgets and schedules.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with client presentations.
• Expertise in Marketing initiatives with strong communication skills.
• Construction Administration experience including schedules & change orders, attending regular site meetings, RFI responses, submittal and shop drawing reviews.
