Opteon USA is seeking Certified & Licensed Residential Appraisers (full-time & part-time) in Pennsylvania. We provide Jaro-based tooling, UAD 3.6 readiness training, and ongoing professional growth opportunities.

You will focus on delivering accurate residential appraisal reports, leveraging advanced technology, and servicing clients with quality and efficiency. Training, mentorship, and internal career paths are available.

Qualifications

• Must hold Certified Residential Appraiser license.
• Experience in residential valuation and reporting.
• Willing to participate in UAD 3.6 training and ongoing education.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality residential appraisal reports for clients.
• Utilize Jaro platform to streamline workflows and data collection.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate valuations.
