Qualifications

• Must hold valid Certified Residential Appraiser license.
• Experience with UAD 3.6 is a plus.
• Ability to work across multiple client assignments with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver appraisal reports using Jaro.
• Ensure compliance with UAD 3.6 standards and licensing requirements.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to meet deadlines.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and data accuracy.
