Job summary

Banks Valuation is seeking Certified Residential Appraisers to perform credible valuations for residential properties in the Greater New Orleans area. Initial engagement is as a 1099 independent contractor for 90 days, with potential transition to salaried W-2 staff based on performance and volume.

Qualified candidates will hold a Certified Residential Appraiser License and demonstrate initiative, independent work habits, and strong analytical skills.
