Banks Valuation, a growing appraisal firm in Massachusetts, is seeking Licensed/Certified Residential Appraisers to serve markets including Boston, Cambridge, Worcester, Springfield, and beyond. The role offers a pipeline of assignments and a platform that supports quality, accuracy, and client service.

Initial engagement is as a 1099 independent contractor with competitive per-report pay for 90 days; after 90 days, strong performers can move to a salaried W-2 staff role with performance bonuses

Qualifications

• Certified Residential Appraiser License required.
