Job summary

Vision Maker Inc. is seeking an experienced, dependable cleaner to perform move-in and move-out cleaning for residential and commercial properties managed by our property management company in the Clearwater/Pinellas County area.

This hands-on role requires the ability to work independently, manage heavy cleaning tasks, and prepare units for new occupancy. Pay is based on experience, with bonuses available based on performance and a flexible schedule based on turnovers.

Qualifications

• Prior professional cleaning experience required.
• Move-in/move-out cleaning experience preferred.
• Comfort with cleaning dirty or heavily soiled environments.
• Ability to bend, kneel, lift, carry and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Dependable, professional, and trustworthy.
• Ability to communicate clearly with property management.
• Provide your own basic cleaning supplies/equipment, or be willing to use company-provided supplies as required

Responsibilities

• Clean residential and commercial properties between tenants and occupants
• Complete move-out and move-in cleaning
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, windows, walls, fixtures, and common areas
• Remove and dispose of trash, debris, and unwanted items
• Handle properties that may be heavily soiled, cluttered, or neglected
• Clean appliances, cabinets, doors, baseboards, and other surfaces
• Prepare vacant units for showing and new occupancy
• Perform final cleaning and touch-ups as requested
• Report damage, maintenance issues, or unusual conditions to management
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
• Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness
• Follow safety procedures when dealing with dirty or potentially unsanitary conditions

Property Management Company – Clearwater/Pinellas County Area

We are seeking an experienced, dependable cleaner to perform move-in and move-out cleaning for residential and commercial properties managed by our property management company.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, works independently, and is comfortable cleaning properties that may require heavy cleaning, trash removal, and attention to neglected or dirty environments. Looking for someone to start in the next 3 days.

Responsibilities

• Clean residential and commercial properties between tenants and occupants
