Job summary

State of Missouri is seeking a Residential Advisor for the 2026/27 school year at Missouri School for the Deaf in Fulton, MO. The role runs 4:00pm–12:00am and involves supervising students, providing activities, and promoting a safe, supportive living environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds and assist with mobility.
• Work nights and supervise students in a dormitory setting.
• Ability to follow health center directions and maintain student safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for students at all times.
• Provide age-appropriate programming for students with varying needs.
• Supervise meals, provide dining etiquette guidance, and monitor student behavior.
