Residential Addictions Therapist - Mockingbird Hill

We are currently interviewing for an Addictions Therapist and offer a up to $4,000 hiring bonus.

Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit providing comprehensive "whole health" services, including primary care, behavioral health, recovery services, and social support programs across five counties in Central Indiana.

Position Summary

The Addictions Therapist will utilize a strengths-based, recovery-focused approach to facilitate addiction and dual diagnosis groups, as well as individual and family therapy, in an outpatient setting. This role involves working within a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated healthcare aimed at helping clients achieve their goals.

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related mental health field accredited by the US Department of Education
  • At least two years of relevant experience
  • Experience in community mental health is highly preferred
  • Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills; knowledge of substance use disorder treatments
  • Familiarity with social service systems, community resources, legal, and child welfare systems is a plus
Licensure
  • Must be licensed or license-eligible as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Indiana
  • Recognition as a Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor (LCAC) by Indiana is a plus
