Job summary

Northeast Recovery is seeking a full-time Clinician for the Spring Hill Recovery Center in Ashby, MA. The clinician will provide direct clinical services including individual, family and group psychotherapy and psychoeducation, with a focus on trauma-informed care within a detox/residential setting.

Requirements include a master's degree in social work, psychology or related field, and licensure such as LMHC, LCSW, or LADC I preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in drug and alcohol treatment.
• Trauma-informed care experience emphasized in role.
• Master's degree or higher in related field and licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychosocial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document all patient-related activities in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide psychotherapy for patients, families, and groups.
• Participate in clinical utilization review and interdisciplinary team sessions.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision rounds and consult on risk.
