Job summary

Manpower, Inc. in Frederick, MD is seeking a dedicated Residential House Manager for our partner's Christian recovery program.

This full-time, onsite role provides daily oversight and compassionate leadership to male residents rebuilding their lives. You will conduct house inspections and accountability rounds, monitor program participation, and coordinate transportation while maintaining a safe, Christ-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Commitment to Christ-centered recovery environment.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Valid Class C driver's license.
• Maryland Alcohol and Drug Treatment certification preferred.

Are you passionate about helping others rebuild their lives while growing in your faith? Do you bring strong leadership, accountability, and compassion to your work? This is a full-time, permanent job opportunity in Frederick, MD at one of the County’s most successful nonprofit organizations.
We're seeking a dedicated Residential House Manager to join a Christian nonprofit organization’s for their Men’s Changed Life Recovery Program. In this role, you'll provide daily oversight and support to male residents recovering from substance addiction and life crises, helping maintain a safe, structured, and Christ-centered environment where transformation can happen.

What You’ll Do

• Provide day-to-day oversight and leadership for recovery program residents
• Conduct house inspections, facility checks, and resident accountability rounds
• Monitor resident participation in program requirements and activities
• Assist with maintaining a safe, secure, and orderly residential environment
• Conduct random drug and alcohol screenings in accordance with program guidelines
• Document incidents, concerns, and resident progress
• Communicate regularly with program leadership and staff
• Support evening activities, volunteers, and community groups
• Assist with transportation needs and other program-related duties as assigned

Who We’re Looking For

• A committed follower of Jesus Christ with compassion for individuals overcoming poverty and addiction
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Experience in case management, recovery programs, or related fields preferred
• Ability to hold individuals accountable while demonstrating respect and care
• Valid Class C driver's license
• Maryland Alcohol and Drug Treatment certification preferred
• Four-year degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel
