Job summary

The Residence at Carlisle is seeking a dedicated Resident Wellness Supervisor to oversee wellness staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations in a long-term care setting. The ideal candidate will lead daily nursing operations, mentor staff, ensure accurate EHR documentation, and collaborate with care teams to support individualized resident care plans.

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a PA LPN license and at least one year of direct

• Current Pennsylvania LPN license in good standing.
• One year clinical experience providing direct care to seniors in a long term care or healthcare setting preferred.

• Provide attentive, compassionate service that respects residents’ mobility, cognitive, and sensory needs.
