Qualifications

• Former leadership in a healthcare setting preferred.

• One year clinical experience providing direct care to seniors in long-term care or healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily nursing operations to ensure efficient workflow.
• Conduct regular assessments of residents' health and well-being.

• Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff for professional development.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care in the EHR.

• Maintain a clean, organized, safe medication area and promote wellness environment.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current Pennsylvania LPN license in good standing
• One year clinical experience providing direct care to seniors in a long term care or healthcare setting preferred.

• Previous supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
