Qualifications

• Ability to assist with resident activities and mobility equipment.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement activity plans for residents, in groups or one-to-one. Modify programs to meet individual needs.
• Encourage resident participation and maintain participation logs.
• Attend meetings and educational sessions as mandated.
• Evening and weekend hours may be required.
• Plan and accompany residents on out trips.
• Follow universal precautions and MSDS guidelines.
• Review evaluations on new residents as directed by the Recreation Manager.
