Job summary

Erickson Senior Living’s Ashby Ponds community in Ashburn is looking for a Wellness Nurse to monitor residents’ health and well-being. You will support medication care teams and communicate with families and resident services.

Schedule: Week 1 - Sun, Wed; Week 2 - Tue, Sat, 8:00 AM–6:30 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid break. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO with volunteer hours, a 401(k) with 3% match, onsite health centers, wellness programs, and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license required.
• CPR/Life Support certification required.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families using a caregiver approach focused on whole-person well-being.
• Document and monitor residents' clinical status and changes in condition.
• Update service plans as needed and coordinate with care teams.
