Deercreekseniorliving is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to join our team dedicated to quality resident care. You will supervise Wellness staff, provide hands-on care as needed, and support compliance with community policies and state regulations.

The role emphasizes leadership, ongoing professional development, and collaboration with the Wellness Director to promote resident wellness and safety across our community.

Qualifications

• Current license/certification as required by regulatory bodies.
• Minimum of one year experience in assisted living or health care.
• Prior supervisory experience in the health care environment preferred.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides hands-on supervision of Wellness staff, ensuring quality resident care.
• Provides direct care services to residents as needed.
• Supports all community policies and programs with the Wellness Director.
• Engages in ongoing leadership, communication, and management development.
• Ensures compliance with assisted living regulations and infection control guidelines.
• Participates in recruitment, training and coaching of Wellness staff.
