Job summary

Responsibilities

• Read and initial the previous shift's Communication Log at start of shift.
• Supervise medication passes and report discrepancies to Administrator.
• Ensure resident safety through appropriate behavioral interventions.
• Assist with activities and coordinate EMS in emergencies.
• Maintain dining and living areas presentable for guests and families.
• Manage monthly staffing schedules for resident care aides and med techs.
• Enter resident notes daily in the computer system.
• Give facility tours to visitors when possible.
• Answer phones as needed and accompany residents to doctor visits.
