Job summary

Benedictine Living in Cold Spring, KY seeks a Wellness Assistant to enhance residents' quality of life through social, spiritual, and therapeutic wellness activities. You will help develop programming, facilitate daily events, and support the care team.

The role requires a high school diploma, experience in long-term care, and certifications in BLS and First Aid. You will collect data for assessments and help implement care plans tailored to residents’ needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in long term care preferred.
• BLS Certification required.
• First Aid Certification required.
• If leading the program, follow federal regulations for activities programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing the community's wellness programming.
• Facilitate daily events and programming to meet residents' needs.
• Performs data collection to assist with the residents’ assessment processes.
• Assist in the implementation of the plan of care based on the residents’ needs.
