• Monitor residents' vital signs and report changes to the nursing staff.
• Assist with lifting, transferring, and repositioning residents.
• Maintain a clean and organized transportation area.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
