Job summary

Citadel Healthcare is seeking a Transportation Services staff member to safely transport facility residents to appointments and activities, while delivering quality customer service and setting a caring tone for resident care. The role includes driving duties, adherence to safety policies, and protecting patient information.

High school diploma and a valid chauffeur’s license are required, with CPR certification preferred; prior chauffeur experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Must have a safe driving record.
• CPR certification preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current operator’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to appointments and other facility activities.
• Safely operate facility vehicle and assist residents entering/leaving the vehicle.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information.
• Report resident complaints to supervisor.
• Follow safety policies and participate in trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
