Citadel Healthcare in Rockford, IL is seeking a Transportation Services professional to safely transport facility residents to and from appointments, while delivering quality customer service and upholding the care tone of the facility. Responsibilities include assisting residents into and out of the vehicle and safeguarding sensitive information.

Additionally you will follow safety policies, report concerns, participate in trainings, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Reliable, clean driving record and ability to assist residents in/out of the vehicle.
• CPR certification preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Transport residents to appointments and to preferred providers as needed.
• Deliver quality customer service and uphold a caring tone.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information.
• Follow safety policies and care plans; attend scheduled trainings.
• Report complaints and perform other duties as assigned.
