Job summary

Pinnacle Park Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated van driver to transport residents safely and punctually. The role emphasizes maintaining a positive image, excellent customer service, and strict adherence to safety protocols.

Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and may pursue CNA through the employer. CNA certification is preferred, with supervision by Administration and Clinical teams and flexible routing throughout the day.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Unencumbered and valid driver’s license.
• Willing to obtain CNA through employer if possible.
• C.N.A. certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of residents/passengers at all times.
• Maintain a schedule and prioritize needs.
• Be flexible with scheduling changes and independently manage time.
• Provide professional image to consumers through dress, behavior and speech.
• Adhere to company standards for resolving consumer concerns.
• Ensure that all consumer/resident rights are protected.
