The Westbury in Columbia, MO is hiring a Part-Time Driver to transport residents and support daily operations within the community. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and friendly service for our senior residents.

Eligible candidates must be 18+, hold a valid state chauffer license, and pass a health and driving record screening. Excellent communication and physical stamina are essential; benefits include health, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You must possess and maintain the specific state-required chauffer class license.
• You must have a clean driving record as per the insurance carrier’s policy.
• Experience in senior housing is preferred.
• You must be first aid certified.
• You will possess clear verbal and written communication skills.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items more than 50 pounds.
• This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day, and the use of a ladder is required.
• You must be criminally cleared and fidelity bondable.
• Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
• Has demonstrated skills, knowledge, and competency in leadership and supervision, including time management and organization.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

• Meet resident transportation needs and assist in safe and timely arrival to appointments.
• Assist with maintenance duties and safety needs throughout the community.
