Requirements include a valid license and a clean driving record, with the company providing its own vehicles. Weekend and night shifts are available to support patient care needs.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and local road networks is required.
• Ability to assist residents with boarding and alighting from the vehicle.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and maintaining vehicle cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip
• Ensure residents arrive at their appointments in a timely manner
• Assist residents with getting onto the transport vehicle
• Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions
• Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed
• Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all riders
• Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues as appropriate
• Book car wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car as appropriate
