Job summary

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a part-time Driver at Mallard Point in Cedar Falls, IA. You will drive residents to appointments and assist with safety and maintenance tasks while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires 18+, a chauffeur license, a clean driving record, and first aid certification. Flexibility for weekends/evenings/holidays is expected; weight-bearing requirements apply, and health screening is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must hold and maintain state-required chauffeur license.
• Clean driving record per insurer policy.
• Experience in senior housing preferred.
• First aid certified.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to frequently lift and move items over 50 pounds.
• Active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping; ladder use.
• Criminal clearance and fidelity bondability.
• Health screening within six months prior to employment and TB test clearance.

Responsibilities

• Meet resident transportation needs and assist in safe, timely arrivals to appointments.
• Assist with maintenance duties and safety needs throughout the community.
• Provide first class customer service to residents in a safe and professional manner.
