Job summary

Lifespace Communities is seeking drivers to transport residents to scheduled destinations from Querencia at Barton Creek in Austin, Texas. You will be responsible for safe, timely transportation and engaging with residents in a supportive community setting.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent; a Class B CDL with passenger endorsement is preferred, with prior senior-driving experience and a clean driving record highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class B CDL with passenger endorsement preferred.
• One-year experience driving for seniors preferred.
• Must have a clean driving record (no violations).
• Knowledge of traffic and highway safety rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Drive residents safely to scheduled destinations and track pick-ups/drop-offs for timeliness.
• Provide a high level of resident engagement.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bus and report maintenance needs (oil changes, fluids, belts, batteries).
