Job summary

Vista del Monte in Santa Barbara is seeking a dependable Driver I to transport residents to appointments and activities, following safety and department guidelines. You will assist residents entering and exiting vehicles and maintain cleanliness and equipment.

This full-time role offers daytime hours, a $20.25–$24.00 hourly pay range, and a collaborative team environment. You will complete daily vehicle inspections, report issues, and support coordinated scheduling with staff and families.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Class C California driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Drives automobile or van to transport residents to specified destinations.
• Provides quality customer service to residents, families, and staff.
• Assists residents into and out of the vehicle and handles baggage safely.
• Performs daily vehicle inspections and reports maintenance needs.
• Follows Front Porch safety protocols and departmental safety standards.
• Maintains communication with staff to coordinate schedules and appointments.
