Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Iowa driver's license needed at hire.
• Certified driving record must be provided before hire.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel is expected.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents and provide transportation support.
• Coordinate transportation schedules and dispatch drivers.
• Take incoming transport requests and assign drivers accordingly.
• Ensure transportation vehicles are clean and fueled; report maintenance needs.
• Shift typically 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday with some event coverage.
