Job summary

Compass Behavioral Group in Virginia is seeking residents in Social Work or Counseling pursuing state licensure (LCSW or LPC) to work with children with autism and developmental challenges.

You will receive extensive supervision, training, and opportunities to contribute to diagnostic assessments, outpatient counseling, home- and clinic-based ABA services, and family support within a supportive, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s Degree in Social Work or Clinical Mental Health Counseling, working towards licensure.
• Active driver's license and at least 1 year of licensed driving experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive, diagnostic, behavioral health assessments for those seeking community-based services in collaboration with the supervising LMHP.
• Provide outpatient counseling services to children and their families affected by neurodevelopmental challenges.
• Provide home- and clinic-based ABA services, family support, parent training, and care coordination for youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental challenges.
