Job summary

You will support the Community Manager, operate routes, log daily activities, and ensure a high level of resident satisfaction through professional communication and safe driving practices.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid CDL.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid CDL driver’s license is required (per certificates).
• Strong communication and ability to interact with residents in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Operate daily shuttle routes between the community and designated locations.
• Create, maintain, and update the daily shuttle schedule.
• Communicate maintenance, vehicle concerns, or safety issues to the Community Manager.
• Complete daily logs and documentation as required.
• Deliver excellent customer service and monitor responsiveness to resident needs.
