Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED with 1–2 years related experience, strong communication, and comfort with evaluative responsibilities and HIPAA regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Directly supervises Resident Services and Nursing staff.
• Train, assign, and evaluate employees; discipline when needed.
• Monitor expenditures and manage scheduling to meet budgeted FTEs.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and safe care practices for residents.
