Job summary

Bainbridge-Senior-Living- on Bainbridge Island, WA, is seeking a part-time Resident Services Assistant for 10am–6:30pm shifts on Sundays and Mondays. The role focuses on greeting residents, supporting programs, and assisting with daily operations to enhance the living experience.

You will collaborate with caregivers and staff to ensure timely assistance, maintain records, and help create a welcoming, safe, and engaging community for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar software.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Experience in customer service or community support roles.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents and visitors, addressing questions and providing information about community services and policies.
• Coordinate and support resident programs, events, and activities to promote engagement and community involvement.
• Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, service requests, and follow-up actions to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to communicate resident needs and facilitate service delivery.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as processing applications, managing correspondence, and updating resident databases.
• Responds to resident requests, assists with non-clinical tasks escorts residents throughout the community, supports resident's activities and helps maintain a safe welcoming and organized environment, The role works closely with caregivers and other departments to improve efficiency, enhance customer service, and ensure residents receive timely assistance while allowing caregivers to focus on direct resident care independence and overall quality of life.
